Hamlet can teach us many things it all depends on what we are willing to learn. One of the most important things i have learned form it is that when we pretend we are something we slowly turn into it. Hamlet pretends to be mad and he slowly does. Our thoughts become words our words become thoughts our thoughts become actions and our actions become who we are. How many times can we pretend to be something before it becomes who we really are? Hamlet says "Doubt thou the stars are fire; Doubt that the sun doth move; Doubt truth to be a liar but never doubt i love" He says this in an attempt to teach Ophelia that he truly inst mad and truly does still love her. Yet she isn't willing to learn this. So she believes he never really loved her and has gone mad thus leading to a trickle of tragic events. After watching parts of the movie listen to the songs and try to connect them. This really helped me! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uF4DI162w6IZDP2PcLNCyDtOUey3c3YXlQvsoQ3IJ2A/edit?pli=1
